Dryy Garment Care Review Pros: The easy customizable features for specific data, data needed to pivot and make important decisions. Cons: The accounting portion can be non user friendly with invoicing, itemizing and aligning with aging reports. Overall: Overall a great experience. Interesting to see the evolution and customizing this great group of professional roll out to not only be uber competitive but to help us business owners perform at optimal outcomes.

Dry Cleaners take Pros: As a multi retail store and main processing location having a unified database was instrumental to increasing our efficiency Cons: Fine tuning customization takes longer since it is one size fits all program

SMRT is awesome Pros: SMRT is easy to use. The training was very helpful as the training staff was here all week to get us switched over from our old software and up and rolling. We can access customer support very easily. I love the route management. It is far superior to other dry cleaning software systems. Being able to text customers from their account is key. Works great for our operation Pros: The automatic text messaging is key and prompting for a card on file when setting up a client account Cons: Can't personalize the automated messages

Owner / Operator Review Pros: Software is built from the ground up, on a flexible platform. Strong emphasis on real-time reporting, delivery service/management, and cash flow. Very responsive customer support team. Cons: The report building process is fairly straightforward but could be easier. Overall: We are very happy with SMRT Systems and would highly recommend it.

SMRT System Pros: Easier to edit tickets and adjust prices Cons: takes longer to write tickets then our previous system- Overall: Overall it is a good system but they need to be more capable of tweaking the system to accommodate the individual users needs and concerns- it seems they want you to fit into their system rather then the other way around. Things available on our old system are not available on this one and I'm not sure why they can't be

SMrT is easy to use Pros: SMRT is easy to use, employee and customer friendly, and has made our ability to assure the accurate completion of every customer order a breeze. Cons: Integration took just a couple days. There isn't much we don't like. Overall: SMRT systems helps us to track each garment, understand the productivity of our staff, and document all aspects of customer communication. There customer support is outstanding.

SMRT is the Smart Way to Go Pros: Ease of training customer service people. Also, the customer portal and the ability to quickly text or email a customer with a question, status update on their order, etc. The support for the software is usually very good and timely. Cons: The promotions features could be improved. SMRT also needs tools to communicate with large numbers of customers easily.
