Pamper Cleaners Pros: The route software is truly amazing it basically does it all by itself. Now if it could drive the van. Lol. Cons: I think it could be better at writing an order to a customer on the spot. Number one complaint is not getting a ticket at drop Off. Overall: SMRT is exactly that it's smart. Organizes everything very well. Very intuitive. Great communication with the customer.
SMRT Drycleaning software Pros: [SENSITIVE CONTENT] are an exemplars of service, diligence and follow up. Thank you So much to both of you and your team for being a credit to our industry. Cons: At day 9 of conversion, I can't think of any con. Overall: Intelligent, capable, caring team members.
Owner Pros: Software is been great to my company due to the fact that it's easy to use value of the price and integrates everything that I needed from bagging racking,contacting my customers via text. Cons: To tell you the truth nothing yet maybe if there were some color pictures of garments instead of chess I don't know how to put it signals are signs of garments may be alive pictures are color pictures of a sweater of the tuxedo leather pants more color. Overall: Great people called me every day to see if I needed help.
Best POS for Dry Cleaners hands down Pros: Ease of use and ease of training. Trying my employees literally took minutes. So much easier to use than my previous software from CleanSuite. The support has been phenomenal. Cons: I really cannot say anything bad about SMRT. Overall: Superb, very helpful as I was in a hard spot, my old POS software was dying and I had no support for it anymore since CleanSuite had closed down.
Long cleaners Pros: More user friendly than Spot. The use and functionality of navigating through customer profiles and sales reports . The texting communication with customers and route features. Cons: The bag tags for route cannot be printed at time of bagging. Mass emails to tell customers about holiday schedules or snow days when route is canceled. Overall: It is a fantastic system. Streamlining Pros: Onscreen graphics and automated texting when orders are finished helps keeping customers goods moving Cons: Bulk route pick up would be a nice added feature
SMRT is smart Pros: The ease of use is perfect. Our employees, to the person, believe SMRT is easier to use than our old system. We trained more than 50 people to use the SMRT system in less than 2 full work days. That included installation of the software on 32 computers at 9 separate locations. Cons: There is nothing to dislike as of this review. Overall: As a result of the switch to the SMRT System, we believe we are better able to serve our customers. The communication we have with our customers now is unequaled.
Great product and customer service Pros: I love the efficiency of SMRT. It is an easy system to learn and train on and will help keep track of customers clothes throughout production. Cons: Nothing at this time. We like everything we have seen. Overall: Great experience. The staff helping us implement the software was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
Get SMART Pros: Page loading speed - being able to switch screens within a users operating level Easier to train new employees - ability to work more efficiently Cons: Only one week in to it.
