SMRT Systems Pros: This system has enabled my store to quickly and effectively serve customers by using the quick ticket. It has also sped up the assembly process dramatically. It almost eliminates human error when assembling clothes. However, my most favorite part is being able to communicate directly with the customer on the POS computers via text or email. Cons: I wish I would have purchased another station to use just for assembly. However, now they just share the scanner with a station that is in the front of the store.

Steve Thompson Review Pros: Client communications and interactive nature of the system. Cons: If client pays for an order prior to pick up, I find it difficult to determine what the customer owes. Overall: Route efficiency has significantly improved since we switched to SMRT. I have found the support to be very good or excellent and the SMRT team in very caring.

Great POS for Dry Cleaners Pros: A great variety of useful functions. Great support! Cons: Like with many POS systems the documentation is a work in progress. Overall: Excellent overall experience with SMRT and it's people!

Great software ! Pros: Easy to use and lots of helpful people to work with !!!! Direct communication with customers through text and other promotional options, is easy and fast... Cons: Love all the features. As in any new software there is a learning curve, but our staff love this software..

Cleaners software user Pros: Most features are central to our way of how our business functions. Some features are not available but can be worked around with very good support people. Best features are cloud based, many, many options, ease of training and current technology. Smoothed out some snags in our business operations. Great Support And Product Development Pros: Route management, customer communication, AutoPay, and receivables management are all fantastic. They continue to enhance the product with fixes, improvements, and new features. Great support. Cons: Limited POS options - no Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc. These have since been added. Overall: Very good client support and easy to work with. A great partner.

Pleasantly surprised Pros: It's very fast to learn. It is already streamlining our take in process and we've only been using it for 4 days. Super excited to have it. Cons: The amount of time put into converting our data from our old system must have been very extensive. Get SMRT Pros: User friendly, reporting is simple and through plus customer service is timely and helpful. Cons: I wish there was a way my CSRs could use the system without always having to log in and out this way I can better track everyone's transaction to help with accountability and training opportunities.

Excellent Pros: Ease of use, increase in operating efficiency. Cons: Inability to send mass text/emails, additional charges for texting on top of monthly station fees. Unable to upload photo detail. Overall: Great implementation team, great upgrade to modernize, great communication between user (our company) and our clients. Ease of use, wardrobe options, great depth of detailing.
