Worth every penny Pros: The software is easy to understand and has many options. Cons: Our old system did not allow for the picking up of a order without processing a payment. In SMRT this is possible but there are management tools to successfully monitor these tickets. Just a shift change in Overall: Very responsive. Thank you

Flawless Execution, Easy To Learn & Use, Powerful Features, Outstanding Support Pros: The flawless execution. Nowadays, most software systems do almost everything you need them to. But it's the execution that matters. A crude analogy would be how everyone was using Hotmail or Yahoo 20 years ago, and then Gmail came along and just did it right, so everyone switched. Amazing POS system Pros: The customer support is hands down the best. From the demo to the instillation and now use, the support team at SMRT have been there. This system compared to my last POS is 1000% better. Easier to operate, staff and customer friendly. Cons: There is really nothing that I don't like. The only issues that I had was when my data was merged from my other POS to SMRT. Some of the customer info was mixed around, but the staff at SMRT was there to make things correct. SMRT leading innovation in Dry Cleaning Software Pros: It's easy of use on a daily basis. Implementation of the system is handled with top technical precision. constant innovation of system. Cons: System need full offline mode so it would work without internet connection for those troubling internet outages. Overall: Great! refreshing to see new age thinking being adopted into dry cleaning software.

Makes my life easier Pros: It's very user friendly and has everything we need to make our business run smoothly. Cons: Every time there is something I don't like or understand, the support team answers right away and helps me find a solution so there isn't anything I don't like. Overall: We've been using SMRT for over a year and a half and it's the best business decision we could've made

New POS after 10+ years with previous provider Pros: The ease of use and communication with customers are what I like most about SMRT. Cons: There are certain elements that cannot be customized at this time. This forces you to find and integrate with a 3rd party system to accomplish some tasks. Overall: There were a few issues with the migration from our previous system, but overall it has been an improvement from our previous providers.
