Review Pros: The automation is what is most beneficial for us. What ultimately made me choose this system was the integrated marketing. Cons: This system does very well for dry clean customers and the wash dry fold customers from my laundromats. However, we also have several large Commercial clients that require a slightly different process. Overall: Overall I have been extremely happy and and the support staff has been great. SMRT Systems Pros: The ability to quick detail an order during drop off and how detailed we can be for each item. Cons: It's not set up for pre-payment businesses. So it makes a few things quite difficult on our end.
Let me tell you about SMRT... Pros: Ease of use. Dashboards are great. Not too compact. Customer Service is exceptional! They'll do whatever you need in a timely manner, friendly staff. I am really happy with that. Cons: KPI report generation. I still find it hard to create reports on my own through the system. The staff is always helpful though.
WOW! Amazing system! Pros: I'm very impressed with SMRT. It's very user friendly, the transition has been easy compared to transitions in the past, and I've picked up on the how to's in just a matter of days. I love how on one hand SMRT is easy to use, yet also has many advanced features that can be utilized for special situations that may arise. SMRT is an awesome transition! Pros: What I like most about this software is that you can access a lot more of the clients information in an easier way. I also like how easy it is to show where a stain, rip, or tear is on the clothing item while detailing. This allows us to be more specific and successful. Cons: My least favorite thing about this software is that a lot of things coming from our old software don't show up the same on SMRT software. Software Review Pros: This program is very convenient compared to the old system "spot". Navigating through the program is much more efficient as well because it is touch screen. Cons: At the moment I do not have any complaints with the program. It is very beneficial to business with how much of an ease it is to use.
