If you have a route SWTICH TO SMRT NOW Pros: The switch to SMRT has made my life so much easier as a Route Manager. Cons: Sometimes, there support team gets back to me in 20 minutes instead of 5 minutes. Serisouly, they are quick to jump on an issue and resolve the problem. Overall: Words cannot describe how SMRT has made my life so much better. Not my work, MY LIFE.

I love SMRT Pros: I love the route management. I love the ease of texting and emailing. I love all of the email/text/issue history you can access. I love the driver app. It's awesome. There are two features I'd love to see added to the route management side, but overall I am a huge fan. Cons: I have only two complaints.
