Best Dry Cleaning POS System Pros: We love how easy the software is to use, the route app is terrific, communication through text and email has significantly cut down on phone calls, estimates are responded to very quickly and our customers love it. The reports are endless, we have hundreds of KPIs to help us with sales and marketing. Pro's! Pros: It is awesome working with a professional team. Knowledgeable and responsive from the first sales meeting thru implementation and ongoing execution. (Complete remote installation!) Cons: No missing features. Discovering new features daily. Overall: 5 Star

My Review Pros: SMRT is intuitive and has a clean look. The developers are continuously updating the platform and Support is quick and usually succinct. Cons: The help menu is abysmal. Often times have to reach out to Support to answer same questions over and over again.

relationships Pros: The people behind it! It seams in this day and age, most software has bells and whistles, some of which do the same thing, only its a step by step process to get to results. SMRT is quick about it! Cons: This guy named [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]! Just Joking! Nothing really negative to report, only that there are some features that could be implemented to make daily usage better from a management standpoint. Overall: Fantastic! Soup to nuts!

So glad we finally moved to SMRT. I wish we hadn't waited Pros: Intuitive interface Very easy for new users. Previous system required lots of training and oversight to ensure people were using the POS properly. Cons: Credit card migration was more challenging than we had expected Overall: The user interface intuitive and easy to navigate for new users or experienced users. Very happy we switched to SMRT. Pros: We are very happy we made the switch to SMRT. It is a simple easy platform to use and training employees. Assembly has been much more efficient and contacting the customers is very easy through the software. I like that it is browser based so I can login in whenever and where ever I need to. Set up is super easy and I am able to install myself instead of calling support. Cons: Batch emails and texts. I wish I was able to email all customers a coupon or info about a new service from SMRT.... read more

I like Smrt Pros: It is very easy to use, and train employees. Cons: I need to rely on the support team for some issues, and price changes. I would like to to do this myself if possible. Overall: I'm very happy with the Smrt system, it is easy to use, and can be used remotely.

SMRT really is SMRT! Pros: There are so many amazing features but what I love most is they will create whatever you need (within reason of course) Cons: I wish there was a subscription feature but they have told me they are working on it. I do wish I could remove a credit that was misapplied. Overall: Since installation it has been a very positive experience.
