Great POS! Pros: Having moved from a POS after 20 years that had fell behind along the way, we have found the features in SMRT to be super refreshing. Access to data & reports is so easy and the custom KPI feature is really, really helpful. Cons: The marketing (texting) features could be much more robust. Some CRM features would be nice as well so that you could track sales leads and so forth. Overall: This provides a POS solution which we have found to be a very good one and one that we like.
The best software and POS program Pros: SMRT is very user friendly and highly professional. It eliminates headaches and saves time and money. SMRT just makes our business run smooth and easy. We were SMART to get SMRT! Cons: SMRT is a win win situation. No cons in any way whatsoever. Overall: With SMRT POS our business was able to get to the next level. We were able to expand beyond expectation.
I've tried a few Drycleaning POS. This one is the best Pros: The extra communciation features for my team and our customers. The ease of use. The delivery and route optimization features to help build and organize our growing Pickup and Delivery system. Has incoporated into our marketing efforts beautifully. SMRT POS is Just Plain Smart Pros: Bringing new team members up to speed is very easy and much faster than with any other POS we've used in the past. The layout and functionality of the software is intuitive so it's easy for people who've never worked at a dry cleaners to learn their jobs quickly. Second to none Pros: Having the ability to seamlessly run all facets of our operations under one user interface and the program is a game-changer. Not only does SMRT run our A/R, inventory, lot Management, delivery routes, customer promotions, communications, etc. It quite frankly is the easiest to use and train, which is priceless in our industry. Great alternative Pros: The garment tracking system is a huge plus bu the best part of the system is its ability to connect all the business locations in the cloud. This saves hundreds of wasted hours trying to find items. Cons: There is no trial period, only an online demo. It would be nice to be able to actually interact with it first and make sure staff and management will be comfortable with it.
