Overall you all do a great job. Eurice is fantastic and a great ambassador of your brand. Opportunities for Improvement: 1. Attention to details for hand finishing garments - collars, cuffs, buttons, hems. 2. Consistency with starching. 3. Stain removal - even when marked with blue tape they are sometimes missed. You are the best in time and you want to remain that way. Paying closer attention to details and improving your QC is how you can do that. The team and Sudsies was extremely helpful and the service was actually really great. I took in a vintage white linen suit that had been stored for quite some time (it was stiff, dusty, and stained). Happy to say the suit looks basically new. The service was a bit pricier than other dry cleaners but they offer pickup and drop off services for free and that service was also very good. The driver was very professional and courteous. Would definitely recommend and will be using them again.
