Love the customer service but hate the 15% hump day was discontinued. The hump day special was a great incentive don't like the new owners decided to do anyway with it.
Worth Cleaners is not WORTH IT ! Discolored a full Ralph Lauren track suit. I was more than patient with them ( the owner) to resolve the issue but was initially given the run around. After several attempts to speak with him , "I was told they were working on it." When I received it finally after about close to a month the white strip that runs down the length of the suit was still pink. They are too expensive to give this type of sub-par service 😒
Worth staff is always helpful and courteous. Convenient location and great staff makes it my go to.
Went to Worth Cleaners and asked that my Queen Comforter be dry cleaned on 4/12. Went back 4/28 and was told it wasn’t ready. Went 5/6, it had faded spots where it had been laundered, talked to owner on following Monday, he said they had lost the tag on comforter and to give them more time to work on the comforter. After many trips 5/22 back to cleaners, still no results, I bought a comforter for $109, took the receipt and was told they would not pay to replace comforter. Won’t ever use this cleaners again.
