I had a terrible experience with Vogue Cleaners and will be taking my dry cleaning somewhere else. When I dropped off my clothes, I was told I would get 20 percent off because it is my first time. They didn’t provide rates but when I received the bill, it was beyond what I have ever paid. They charge more than any other high end cleaner I have gone to. For a long time my only contact at Vogue was Linda. Her kindness and professionalism brought me back over and over gain. I can’t think of any other person being more friendly and efficient. As long as Linda is my first contact at Vogue I would never even consider going anywhere else. She is the heart and the soul of Vogue. Thank you, Linda, Uwe
Twice I went to pick up my clothes during posted business hours and the lights were out and shop was closed. I mentioned this to person helping me. She shrugged and didn’t respond. I won’t be back.
Vogue is fabulous. Wouldn't take my clothing anywhere else. Thank you Vogue.
Very satisfied. They are on time and clothes get clean and appear to be well taken care of. They are also very nice.
