One week to get back. Very dishonest on price. “How much is this suit”$13.50. Get a bill for $37. “Wait you told me $13.50”. “That is a starting price per piece, plus you have a good brand suit and we charge more for those brands.” “But I showed you the suit and asked the price and you told me $12.50 was the total price, not per piece not with surcharges, you made that up later” “well that’s our pricing and no one here cares about the price except you so do you want to pay $37 or donate your nice brand to me?” REALLY?!... read more

I had a terrible experience with Vogue Cleaners and will be taking my dry cleaning somewhere else. When I dropped off my clothes, I was told I would get 20 percent off because it is my first time. They didn’t provide rates but when I received the bill, it was beyond what I have ever paid. They charge more than any other high end cleaner I have gone to. Plus, they denied me the discount dispute the fact that they still advertise it on the front desk. The lady at the counter was rude and dismissive. She did not even care ... read more

For a long time my only contact at Vogue was Linda. Her kindness and professionalism brought me back over and over gain. I can’t think of any other person being more friendly and efficient. As long as Linda is my first contact at Vogue I would never even consider going anywhere else. She is the heart and the soul of Vogue. Thank you, Linda, Uwe

If different shirts have different prices, it might make sense to inform your customers which shirts will cost 100% more than your average price for a shirt.

Twice I went to pick up my clothes during posted business hours and the lights were out and shop was closed. I mentioned this to person helping me. She shrugged and didn’t respond. I won’t be back.
