***Update*** 28.03.24 Was contacted by the business and offered an apology for the poor service and the time it took to respond to my review, a refund of the fee charged, along with a $30 store credit should I want to try them again, with assurance that the team have been managed to bring service up to standard. I use Upton Dry Cleaners on a regular basis, but this was the first time I needed assistance with the removal of an oil pastel from some cushions. The team apprised me of my options and the risk. With that in mind, I approved the work. I have since picked up the cushions and they look brand new. Their head dry cleaner did an amazing job and I am grateful they are approachable and accommodate individual requests.
