Thought I’d try a new place near me and I requested a cleaning for a white dress, informing them prior of the area that needed to be cleaned. They said ok. The area looked exactly the same when I picked it up and I questioned whether they even cleaned it. They said they’d do it again and I could pick it up the next day (the day of my event). Terrible customer service. I came in on the day my suit was due and was told to come back the next day. Then I go that day, and the suit is lost. They needed another day to find it. Came back the next day and needed a redo, as my pants were cut too short, then they tried to be slick with the measuring tape to try and prove me wrong. I had to call the woman out on what she was doing before they decided to fix it. They also charge way more than local competitors. What a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Somehow the latch to the strap of my overalls got torn off so I took the overalls to get repaired at Timeless dry cleaners and wow I’m impressed, what a great job. They had to try and match the denim and cut the old latch fabric out and create a new piece , and it looks professionally done, I am truly amazed at how great of a job repairing my overalls.

This place is horrendous trash. First of all I come to drop my stuff off and the cashier is talking about some hyper ghetto stuff with her friend I guess over the counter. Grimy style stuff. She rang me up incorrectly and undercharged me (which is cool) but that caused me to drop a bunch of clothes off the next time thinking it would be way less. Not only that they didn't fix a Jersey correctly, So I bring it back and it hangs on the shelf for a week because they didn't know what to do with it. I don't even care how it comes... read more

I love coming here because they always treat me so nice. A young guy and another lady. Excellent costumer service. I took 2 jumpsuits to get the hems altered and did a very excellent job. Thank you. 😊
