This place used to be my go to cleaners for a few years but this last time was a big let down and has me thinking of going elsewhere.. I go to pick up my stuff the day they told me to and only half of my things were there so i waited for the following day to go pick up my stuff and when i get home i see there’s still dirt on my two pairs of my pants. So obviously it makes me think they never really cleaned my stuff. When you over $70 for your things to get cleaned you expect it to be / look clean as well… wont be going back ... read more

Would give 0 stars if I could. I brought some bedding in to be cleaned and they lost one of my down comforters. I have called and left many messages for the manager and they won’t call me back, refund me for the cleaning, or reimburse me for the item they lost. I’ve used timeless cleaners before for alterations and it was great but I wouldn’t recommend them for cleaning. Absolutely unprofessional.

I’ve been to this cleaners a couple of times and felt they did a good job. But my last experience was awful. I understand sometimes it is possible to misplace or even lose items. I go in understanding this. They lost my down comforter. I felt every time I’d call or come in and inquire, they’d give me the run around. I was told it would be ready in a week. They will text me. It took them over 2 weeks. They offered only poor customer service. This experience was enough to never go back.

I had my dirty work clothes dry cleaned here and couldn't be more satisfied with the result. Cool interior, great prices, and a family run business with great service. This will be my go to place.
