Remove your old stripes before asking them to, as they overcharge. They often fail to press uniforms despite charging for it. It’s better to visit the actual location in Lancaster for better service.
Very accommodating. They did a rush job for my AGSUs due to me recently moving to the area, and getting married soon. The staff were all extremely kind, understanding, and hard-workers
Great job there. I dropped off 5 pants to get hemmed and was told 7 days but got them back in 5. That was unexpected as they are very busy before the Christmas holiday. Good work on the sewing and the young lady working at this location is very professional and nice. Was kept updated online and by text. Keep it up I will be coming back.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I had 2 dresses needing to simply be hemmed because it was too long. I was quoted $15 per dress. I was sent a message that it would actually be $55 per dress. The dresses were normal material, nothing fancy. I canceled and will be hemming the dresses myself! So much for being convenient on base. Thanks for nothing. I will consider driving off base instead next time.
Amazing service! I needed a quick turn on dry cleaning and fixing several buttons on suits for an upcoming work trip. Timeless Cleaners did a great job in a short period of time. Also, their prices were less than other local options. Highly recommend!
