I had several of my custom suits and Designer clothing, dry, clean by this company, They destroyed over $10,000 worth of custom Suits and clothing I would advise anyone with any value in their closing to choose a different option, the owner of the manager were absolutely horrible and handling the situation, they offered me no resolution. This is absolutely one of the worst dry cleaning companies in Miami/Florida
These guys were awesome. Flew in on a red eye for a wedding with several pieces for the family, called them and they went out their way despite being pretty busy. They originally said 3pm the following day, told them wedding was at 4, they said “oh we got you”, promised it by 11am and dropped it off to my hotel by like 9. Price was good, service was quality. Would recommend
They ruined two of my nicest clothing items—a linen polo and a linen t-shirt. Both shrunk and were completely ruined. When I called to inform them, the woman who answered was completely unhelpful and offered little to no assistance. If you have nice clothes, you're better off washing them yourself by the Miami River.
