I've been bringing my dresses and bed comforter here for about two years now and I've never had an issue. Everything has been cleaned well, but nothing to write home about. Until today! I brought my maid of honor dress in after it had been sitting in stains for two years because I had accidently forgotten about it. I thought for sure they wouldn't be able to get the old stains out. I came into town and needed an emergency press. They were able to have my pants, shirt, and vess done in less than an hour. Great fast service.
My dress changed in color and lost its beautiful orange vibrancy during the last StarCrest Fishers dry clean in APR2023. The dress lost its "pop" and went from a beautiful bright tangerine/papaya color to a dull dingy dark orange (burnt orange) & looked almost dirty and no longer matched the corresponding suit jacket. I have used Starcrest on a weekly basis for the last year. I've always been very happy with the quality of their work as well as their customer service. It's easy to give great customer service to a happy customer, but the true test is how a business handles an issue when things have gone wrong. Starcrest recently cleaned a pair of very costly white dress pants and somehow they came out of the cleaning pink. I don't think there was any negligence on their part. Exceptional customer service...the team is professional, personable and attentive. A great value when I consider the quality of the cleaning and how incredibly prompt they are in turning my laundry around and getting it back to me. No more crushed collars on my dress shirts...everything i've dropped off has been cleaned, pressed and in fantastic condition. This location has a culture of quality and service that is unique and appreciated!
