They really need better attendants or workers on duty…I’ve never been to a laundromat where all they do it sit around…not clean the wet dirty floors! Have the nerves to say you can’t take the carts outside! It was my first and last visit!
Unsafe drivers, be careful out there, the smartwash trucks own the road and will smile and wave at you when they almost run you off the road, called and spoke to the manager who thought what I had to say was funny for some reason. I hope “asking him about it” turns into finding a driver who can share the road safely and not put people’s lives in danger over some laundry..
Have dropped off laundry before and have been very satisfied. Today got a text at 12:30pm saying laundry ready for pickup..at 2:15pm ..NO ONE THERE AT PICK UP POINT!! WHY??
Darlene is awesome. She makes sure EVERYTHING is clean. Made our unpleasant situation into a pleasurable trip.
It’s an up-to-date, clean laundromat BUT, THE AIR CONDITIONER IS EITHER ON VERY LOW OR DOESNT WORK! It be so hot in there that people be outside in their cars cooling off while they’re clothes are dry.
