Unsafe drivers, be careful out there, the smartwash trucks own the road and will smile and wave at you when they almost run you off the road, called and spoke to the manager who thought what I had to say was funny for some reason. I hope “asking him about it” turns into finding a driver who can share the road safely and not put people’s lives in danger over some laundry..
It’s an up-to-date, clean laundromat BUT, THE AIR CONDITIONER IS EITHER ON VERY LOW OR DOESNT WORK! It be so hot in there that people be outside in their cars cooling off while they’re clothes are dry.
Darlene is great she's very energetic and outspoken the rest of the team is awesome as well... communication is 1000 between all of them.KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK LADIES 💕💖
Terrible with Kankakee location. Driver was very rude and had no customer service at all. Decided to give them another cleaning (big mistake on my part) and that service was even worse. Driver drove past the house- did NOT knock or anything. So didn’t get my cleaning. Called the manager and she was even more rude than the driver. Will not use their service again and she did not want to give me her manager’s info either. Horrible experience!!!!!
Never again. Sent my clothes out, got back clothes that were not mine. I got charged for washing someone else's clothes. Missing towels and wash clothes. I was offered a refund that never happened. Horrible
