Brilliant work by Rosa, their seamstress, who helped get me ready for prom by fitting this sequined dress. 😉 The employees were nothing but kind and timely! Would definitely come again.
TLDR: 10/10 recommend. True and kind professionals. You need to have your items dry cleaned here. Two weeks before my wedding, my wedding dress was still not cleaned and the person originally tailoring it did not do a great job. I wanted to restore my mom's wedding dress to display at my daughter's wedding along with the other mother's wedding dresses. I had to find someone knowledgeable about vintage clothing as the dress is over 70 years old. Manny was extremely helpful and honest if it would actually hold together during the process of chemicals. It came out wonderful especially the small pearls on the top of the dress. It was my first time using Simple Dry Cleaners. My daughter’s prom dress had lots of stains and needed to be dry cleaned ASAP. The gentleman promised me that the stains can be removed.
