The young lady who handled my dry cleaning in and out was friendly and efficient. My items were professionally cleaned in a timely manner. The store is easy to get in and out of in a good location. I will continue to use this service in the future.

Abigail was amazing when I came in. She greeted me with a smile, and answered any questions I had. Nice to go some where and get the service needed with kindness and respect. Came back and clothes were ready on time with no hassles. Glad to have stopped at this location.

I switched from the Broadway location to the Tanque Verde and Sabino Canyon location when we moved to the neighborhood in 2014, and I didn’t think I could possibly like a new staff as much as I did the one I’d been dealing with for years on Broadway. Happily, the staff at the Tanque Verde Shaffer’s is just as fantastic and always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Great customer service!
