I have been a customer of Shaffer Dry Cleaners for years and they have always provided excellent service. Recently, I brought in several articles of clothing to be laundered, as well as two large duvet’s with several matching pillow covers. Myra was extremely helpful in making sure all the pieces were properly marked, paying attention to every detail. I needed a thick, queen-sized comforter laundered in a hurry. Shaffer completed the job in two days. They accommodated my request for fragrance-free detergent and wool dryer balls instead of dryer sheets, which was greatly appreciated by this allergy sufferer. Well done, Shaffer!
Oh my word !!! The best experience!! My neighborhood dry cleaners closed. I took several items to Shaffer. I was greeted as soon as I entered the shop. The lady that was assisting me was VERY helpful and friendly.. she noticed several spots on a shirt my son was to wear to a funeral .. and told me what was best for the other items that I needed to be cleaned.
