My second-hand luxury backpack was refused to be cleaned elsewhere, but Shaffer accepted and they did a great job dry cleaning it! Great care was taken, and the covering of the backpack looks brand new. I highly recommend their luxury bag dry clean services, their rate is low and service is exceptional.
Shaffer is a great business, ecological cleaner. Their work is great. They always do what they say they will do. The staff are wonderful, pretty and agreeable. When I was 13 years old my first job was at a drycleaner, sweeping out the backrooms of the behind the scenes workrooms. Shaffer’s reminds me of that experience. There is not a whole lot of profit in this business but Shaffer manages to “make it work.”
I have been using Shaffer for the last few years and have experienced no issues. Everything is cleaned carefully and thoroughly and my instructions are always followed. Nice people doing quality business.
