My second-hand luxury backpack was refused to be cleaned elsewhere, but Shaffer accepted and they did a great job dry cleaning it! Great care was taken, and the covering of the backpack looks brand new. I highly recommend their luxury bag dry clean services, their rate is low and service is exceptional.
They always do amazing job. I had my husband dolphins jacket cleaned which was un very bad shape. It looks so good I can't believe it. When I need dry cleaning I'll use them forsure
I had a tragic ink incident with a very expensive dress I don't know how they got it out but they did. That's why I returned with a horrible lipstick incident, And they fixed that too. Easy check in and check out friendly staff.
