They do a great job and reliably have dry cleaning done on time. BUT, it is really inconvenient that they are closed Wednesday AND Thursday? maybe pay more to get reliable help for staffing service. Your Ulster location is even more out of my way, if they are open.
Love this place! I’ve been using their services at the uptown cleaners for as long as I can remember. Always A-1 service and they have gone out of there way to make me happy with all my Dry Cleaning needs. Dawn Kearney
Went to drop off two military uniforms for have new rank put on. I told them I needed done before May 14th. Now that I called back today their telling me sometime at the end of this week or next week. After I explained that I'm being promoted so I have to have them by the 13th of May. They don't know how to talk to customers or how to call the customer and let them know it might take longer then expected.
Scanlon’s Cleaners are top notch. Clothes are done when they say and are done well. I use them for dry cleaning as well as laundering all of my dress shirts and have for years. You can’t go wrong.
Very friendly, courteous, Jeremey is always bright and proper! I don’t think I have ever through on using a different cleaner! Thanks for the great job you guys do! Howard
