I have been using Sacino's pickup and delivery service mainly for dress shirts and dry cleaning and have been extremely satisfied. I would specifically like to mention Henry who puts in a lot of effort with delivery and communication and always has a friendly demeanor. Couldn’t be more happy with their services.

Not only does Sacino's provide high-quality service, they go above and beyond. I would specifically like to mention Robert who personally delivered an item after hours, so that I would have it for a business trip. His customer service is unmatched!

Great customer service! Always able to reach a real person if I have questions and Henry is amazing. I love that they pick up and drop off in the same week as I work full time and it is difficult to squeeze in that time on the weekends or evenings.

Sacino is a great Laundry service company. Every time I have received my clothes back it’s in a timely manner and they are folded and cleaned well. From towels to clothes both were fantastic. They also put a lot of effort in making sure they get deliveries out as soon as possible. If my clothes were still being washed and couldn’t be delivered on it’s regular Monday or Thursday schedule (which rarely happens might I add) they personally call and make sure to deliver the clothes the very next day as soon as possible. Henry does a great job picking up and delivering. Our schedule is all over the place but Henry does a great job staying in communication with us and working with us even when it’s last minute. Does a great job getting our clothes clean.
