My business was unwanted. I've been using tailors for 15+ years in several states, and I've never had an experience like this one. When I walked in, the large blond woman asked how she could help me. I said I was there for alterations. "What do you need?" she asks, frowning. Well... I have used Sacino's for our drycleaning since 2014. Beyond fair pricing, reliability and quality they are also honest. On two occasions they returned money that we left in the pockets of pants by mistake. Bonus, the free delivery and pick up is so convenient.
Everyone at Sacino's was very friendly and courteous. My dry cleaning was ready to be picked up on time and they were very patient while I asked a bunch of questions about getting a dress altered. I would recommend Sacino's to everyone for their dry cleaning needs.
I’ve been using their pickup and delivery service for several years . The clothes come back the best I’ve ever had and will repair, spot clean etc with any order I send . Very satisfied and have tried several other dry cleaning services here in Tampa and not had nearly the good results !! Highly recommend !
After moving full-time to Florida after 30 years (really 40 years) in New York, I never could find a dry cleaner here that was any good. They seem to all part of big chains, with fast service, bad work, and terrible alterations. Plus they lose things.
