I brought my white clothes with some dirt on it and the same dirt Was on it at the pick-up. It was just like they iron my clothes and put it in a plastic bag. This one need a complete refund.
I had our suits dry cleaned for our upcoming wedding. The shirts were still wrinkled. And they messed up the crease on the blue pants. I will need to iron them out. I won’t be back.
Crystal provided excellent customer service. When I called to inquire whether the truck had made their delivery, she made it a point to take the time to check to see if all my clothes had been delivered. She has a great personality and provided prompt service at pick up .
Very pleasant people. Affordable. They weren't able to get the stains completely out of the cashmere & silk sweater I brought them - but it was about 60 years old, so it was a big ask.
My top (dry cleaning) did not get any attention for spot cleaning at the front of the neck. My husband’s laundry shirt did not come in as promised . He was told it would now be Tuesday. He wanted it to wear tomorrow for an event. Now we will have to make an extra trip. The clerk seemed unconcerned and made no apologies. Husband Jerry is very mild mannered and never complains. We have been using Rick’s since at least 1990.. He says we will no longer come back
