I am a new customer and I dropped off 4 shirts on my first visit. Only got back 3 shirts. It has been over 3 weeks and I am still missing my white shirt. I would like my shirt returned or be compensated for a $90 dress shirt. The Rick’s store is on S. Lamar. I would like Rick’s return my shirt or give me a $90 credit.
I took my work uniform to get dry cleaned. The shirts have military style chevrons on the sleeves. I used to be in the military and have OCD when it comes to uniforms and appearance. The shirt came back with the crease offset from center of the chevron. I rejected the shirt and they said they would redo it, I also dropped off a second shirt at the same time I rejected the first. They didn't even try to get the stain out. They just said they would, and then didn't, which let the stain set in. Shirts came back with food still on it, My black shirts turned gray after two cleanings. I don't know what I'm paying for. Are they just pressing the shirts and sending it back to us? Do not send your expensive clothes here. Or your regular clothes. Actually the worst experience I've ever had with a dry cleaner. Service is quick and mostly friendly. I don’t love the smell and I’m not sure how “clean” my garments are actually getting when they’re dry cleaned? I also wish I could leave the hangers at the store.
Trying to be honest with this review (days might be slightly off): I brought my suit (jacket & pants) to the S Lamar location Monday the week before I needed it. It was supposed to be ready Wednesday, so I came back Thursday to get it. It wasn't at the store. The employees that helped me said I'd be called when it was ready. No call came, so I called.
