The comforter was not clean to the best of their abilities. If removing the spots takes longer then contact the customer to discuss, even charging extra for the time it takes may be worth it.
Not a place to take your favorite caps if you do so be prepared to receive them back in terrible condition this is very upsetting and very unprofessional this was a lost of money time and most of all my favorite cap here I'm posting the difference in what high quality professional cleaning should look like
Great customer service . Very satisfied with my clothes . 10 out of 10 experience . Also what was surprising was my clothes were done in 2 days very fast and great price .
I dropped off four sweaters at Rick’s Cleaners, but when I picked them up, they had a strong odor. I asked for a redo, and while the smell improved, one of my cashmere sweaters ended up shrinking. I appreciate their effort to fix the issue, but unfortunately, the overall experience wasn’t ideal.
Excellent!! They did a great job dry cleaning a few dresses- which look like new. Great prices and texts for pick up. South Lamar location is very welcoming.
