Had an amazing experience. I dropped off my clothes and they told me they would be ready by Wednesday at 5. The next day, I randomly got an interview for a job and needed my suit. I simply texted their number back and they worked with me and got me my suit a few hours early so now I can make it to my interview in a suit! Never received such service or quick responses from any other laundry service. Plus there prices are very competitive

Overall cleaning isn’t bad but customer service isn’t a focus. From having to sort everything on my own, to then not getting a correct receipt by them to pickup where told they cannot print the corrected one I am hopeful I can get reimbursed with work.
Hi I have good experience with your company, But last summer when I took my black jacket with belt that tight on the waist to dry clean for winter, you guys lost my belt. I didn’t know until winter in January, it was cold, i didn’t have a belt came with my jacket to tight it together, I told your front desk on Lamar, she said she can’t find it. I that was it. I am very sad, only wear my jacket twice. Disappointed
So professional and organized! They got a tomato stain out of a brand new white denim skirt and I am forever grateful for them bailing me out!
