I'm really disappointed with my recent experience at this dry cleaning service. Initially, I was very impressed—Marty, the staff member at the front, was incredibly helpful. She meticulously noted down every detail, including stains on my garments, which was reassuring. I also appreciated the convenient notifications about when my clothes were ready for pickup, and the prices seemed fair. We have gone to Rick's Cleaners for 23 years and been happy. They have started to put collar stays on my husband's dress shirts. I have asked them twice NOT to put them on as it messes up his collars. I even called the main office to make this request. The ladies at the Georgetown store pinned a note to each shirt and they STILL continue to put them on. I called the main office to inquire and was hung up on three times. There was make-up stains on the inside collars of two (2) blouses. I pointed these out when I dropped off the blouses. I picked them up today and they are still there. I also wanted crease on a pair of pants. No crease. I go to Rick's Cleaners (Georgetown) though it's far away. I may have to find a place somewhere closer. I have always had good experience in the 2+ years I've been going there, until now. Thank you. -A-

The service at the store is excellent but Im getting a little disappointed at the service where the clothes are taken. A pair of off white pants came back with a stain this past week. . This happened to a yellow dress two months ago and had to file a claim because they eventually lost it after all the red tape. I still haven’t seen payment. Something is definitely wrong with the service and care of our garments where you take them.
