I'm really disappointed with my recent experience at this dry cleaning service. Initially, I was very impressed—Marty, the staff member at the front, was incredibly helpful. She meticulously noted down every detail, including stains on my garments, which was reassuring. I also appreciated the convenient notifications about when my clothes were ready for pickup, and the prices seemed fair. Do not send your clothes here. The most unprofessional and rude service. They lost my custom dress shirt I needed for a wedding. Came back 4 times with no help from the employee. After requesting to talk to the manager employee refused and instead called the cops on me. When the cops arrived they even asked the employee"why did you just call your manager?" I took a turtleneck sleeveless wool blend sweater tank to be professionally cleaned after only one wear. When I picked it up, I was shocked to find it completely covered in black and white cat hair, both inside and out. I don’t even own a cat, so it’s clear my garment was mixed with someone else’s items during cleaning. I returned it and was told it would be taken care of. I go to Rick’s regularly for my fiancé, He loves his Jean starched, They come out perfect every time! Although he is a Texan and there’s never enough starch he’s always grateful and says that they do a wonderful job! All the staff is always so friendly and helpful and I will continue to go to Rick’s even for my future wedding day
