I'm really disappointed with my recent experience at this dry cleaning service. Initially, I was very impressed—Marty, the staff member at the front, was incredibly helpful. She meticulously noted down every detail, including stains on my garments, which was reassuring. I also appreciated the convenient notifications about when my clothes were ready for pickup, and the prices seemed fair. Great customer service but poor cleaning. Dropped off dress suit never worn and it came back with stains. Never worn just taylored. Will post pictures. Won't refund. But they can "work" on it. Why would I give my stuff back to people that mess it up?
Rick’s was great! I haven’t been to the cleaner in years but I always remember it feeling so much like a chore. Rick’s made the process seamless, easy, and it was a huge improvement on my last experiences years ago. Their work was good and fast, the people friendly, and their prices were great! Always a great experience at the Rick's Cleaners in Georgetown. Everyone treats you well. I love their new system for tracking my cleaning order. Since they started using this new system, I have consistently received a text message that my clothes were ready a day sooner than expected. Great service, clean clothes a day early at a great price.
