I had a missing snap button on a leather jacket and a messed up zipper on two other jackets. I looked on the internet for a place to go and took them to Rick's in Round Rock. The clerk tried them out and pointed out that one of the zippers was fine, it was just not threaded correctly. I appreciate that she did that. The others were repaired to perfection at a reasonable price. The new zipper looks better than the original. Great job by Rick's and the next time I have a garment problem I know exactly where to go.
I've been here multiple times but this morning 1 May she was rude. She didn't seem to care i was there and actually seemed annoyed at my presence. So now I got to Reids just across the street. Super friendly over here.

I needed a pair of slacks hemmed quickly since I was leaving on a flight. They were hemmed perfectly and with time to spare. Thank you to the Rick’s in Round Rock.
Unfortunately, my request did not meet my expectations. The alteration, I feel was done professionally; however, the item isn’t usable for it does not meet the specifications for why it needed to be altered. There are no complaints about the quality of the work, only a miss understanding of the asking requirements. Sadly, I will need to replace my material because it has been altered from its original state.. The item was personalized with my business branding. Any sort of reimbursement would be greatly appreciated.
