Unfortunately, my request did not meet my expectations. The alteration, I feel was done professionally; however, the item isn’t usable for it does not meet the specifications for why it needed to be altered. There are no complaints about the quality of the work, only a miss understanding of the asking requirements. Sadly, I will need to replace my material because it has been altered from its original state.. The item was personalized with my business branding. Any sort of reimbursement would be greatly appreciated.
Great dry cleaning on a suit (trousers, pants and blazer)! Two day turnaround and excellent pricing. Lady at the front desk was great and very quickly had me checked out and on my way. Thanks for the excellent service!
Had a dress altered. The seamstress did a beautiful job! I am thrilled with the work and the fast turn around. Great price.
My suede jacket came back to me more stained than when I sent it in with a new large stain on the front and a huge one on the back. I told them I thought the dark blue trim on the jacket was transferring dye but they did not listen and were not careful. The jacket used to be comfortable and now the sleeves are really stiff and uncomfortable from whatever products they used. Really frustrating.
The people in front are very courteous very down to earth they know what to say and how to conduct Themselves in a mannerly way. My best wishes and I will continue my visits for sure. Keep the good work going.
