I’ve been going there a while and they’ve been okay but one of my nice pearl snap shirts came back with a large rip out of it so I guess I need to find a new place. Update: Management reached out to me after seeing my post and encouraged me to file a claim. The claim was accepted and they fully reimbursed me for the shirt. I appreciate them making this right.

they used to be affordable. They do a moderate job. But they’re pricing increases have been just ridiculous over the last year, and I’m not using them anymore. After four years straight, time to find another dry cleaner

It's hard to tell how Rick's did. I got this survey before I got my shirt back. I can say that the customer service was great. Why not give people a few days to check out the item cleaned before you send out your survey?

They gave me someone else’s suit, different brand, different size and are not helping me correct the problem. Lupe can’t care less, her process is perfect according to her. The suit was the first time being dried cleaned, $300 in the garbage plus the cost to dry clean it. I’m so frustrated for many reasons. If I can give you a minus star I would.

I sent a wool jacket in to be dry cleaned, and it actually looked like it had been put through a standard washing machine. It was faded and had shrunk. Have not been impressed with other visits either. The price is great, but it may be something where you get what you pay for. I'll just go elsewhere and pay twice as much if necessary. Won't be back.
