Rick's used to be a great value. But they have new owners who have substantially raised prices. Also, unless your men's dress shirts are 100% cotton, they will force you to have them dry cleaned at $5.50.per shirt!! After using them for 12+ years I'm going to use someone else going forward
Rick's is expensive but good and what makes it worth the trip is the outstanding customer service. Monica Gil is the most friendly clerk I have ever encounterd.. She always has a smile and a very helpful demeanor! She should run the place!
Despite a busy morning time for drop- offs, Monica was such a help to me as a new customer. She was patient and kind with all of the customers in front of me, and a delight as she talked me through the details. I will return to this location again, because of her. Thank you, Monica!!
My mom Bea Howe and I both LOVE Ricks In Westlake especially Monica!!! She is always in a great mood and eager to help!! Our clothes are returned in tip top shape at a fair price$ We highly recommend Monica at Rick’s!!
The prices are excellent! They are excellent at getting stains out of my clothes. The clothed look like new when they’re done! Super clean. The service is fast and they are super nice.
