Pricing is fair and the cleaning is as would be expected--ie good. But the staff is lack luster, dis-interested and sometimes a bit rude. I get it, it isn't the most exciting job in the world, but would a little energy or customer service hurt? I blame management for creating (or failing to create) this culture. Recommended, just don't expect any energy or appreciation for your business.
Leave your clothes here at your own risk! This store does not dry clean your clothes. Looks like all clothes that you leave here will be shipped to somewhere else that they won't tell. You will not be able to find your lost clothes because they really don't know where they are. They don't have my record because they have my name as "Huyjun"
On time delivery and shirts turned out great. Efficient drop off and pick up process.
Rick's used to be a great value. But they have new owners who have substantially raised prices. Also, unless your men's dress shirts are 100% cotton, they will force you to have them dry cleaned at $5.50.per shirt!! After using them for 12+ years I'm going to use someone else going forward
I am very pleased with Rick’s cleaners! I use them to launder my blouses and clean my dresses. They do an excellent job and their prices are fair. I also like their stag at the Rick ‘s in Westlake!!
