I have been a loyal client for years of Rick’s. After the new management/new ownership took over they raised the prices, fired the friendly staff and hired new very unfriendly ones, they want to charge over $20 dollars to dry clean dresses- they call any dress a formal dress- and if you want any shirt laundered instead of dry cleaned, they will delay on those in order to force you to pay more for dry cleaning them! Im taking my business somewhere else!
Pricing is fair and the cleaning is as would be expected--ie good. But the staff is lack luster, dis-interested and sometimes a bit rude. I get it, it isn't the most exciting job in the world, but would a little energy or customer service hurt? I blame management for creating (or failing to create) this culture. Recommended, just don't expect any energy or appreciation for your business.
Rick's used to be a great value. But they have new owners who have substantially raised prices. Also, unless your men's dress shirts are 100% cotton, they will force you to have them dry cleaned at $5.50.per shirt!! After using them for 12+ years I'm going to use someone else going forward
Leave your clothes here at your own risk! This store does not dry clean your clothes. Looks like all clothes that you leave here will be shipped to somewhere else that they won't tell. You will not be able to find your lost clothes because they really don't know where they are.
Despite a busy morning time for drop- offs, Monica was such a help to me as a new customer. She was patient and kind with all of the customers in front of me, and a delight as she talked me through the details. I will return to this location again, because of her. Thank you, Monica!!
