I love Rick’s Cleaners!! The employees are personable, they have NEVER lost any of my clothing, and my clothes always smell so good and never like chemicals. Not only are they a pleasure to work with I honestly feel like they are the healthier choice for cleaning my clothes. Ricks Cleaners FTW! Great staff that breaks down the treatment of your garment(s). Great Value and they can remove heavy stains! Had a white blazer that had yellow water spots…gone! Go here for clean clothes.
They preserved this vintage family heirloom dress with such care and attention. All the stains are gone. I would recommend them to anyone with a special wedding item that needs preserving!
Do not come here if you want your order done correctly and on time. The new lady was nice but she messed up my order after I told her I wanted heavy starch. She said ok, I show up and it’s pressed with not starch. So I said I specifically asked for it to be done with heavy starch and she took it back and said it would be ready by Monday. I called today and it’s not done yet. I have never experienced this before.
Brought in a white shirt with a small stain. I made it clear that the only reason I was bringing it in was for them to get the stain out. The lady said they would and gladly took my money. Went to pick up and stain was still on. The lady I picked up from said no we don’t do that and insinuated that I was lying. So as far as I can tell they take your money, provide bad customer service and dont clean your clothes.
