Absoluuuuutely dissatisfied and disappointed with what was returned to me. I spent over $100 to have some things hand washed, and was very explicit with the instructions about the need to be careful, and it seems as though that fell on deaf ears. My $300+ baseball jersey now has numbers on the back that have lost the stitching AND the authenticity tags removed, so that’s ruined. Thanks for that. A button from a blazer jacket on that same order, is missing as well. Will NOT be returning…

I have been going to Ricks for nearly 20 years. I have to say not only is Rick’s Cleaners affordable and really fast but also awesome at their jobs. I had a favorite white jumpsuit I paid a lot for and only wore once. I had a pretty bad stain on the back and was going to just dye it. However, Rick’s completely got rid of the whole stain!!!! They saved my designer jumpsuit! Yall are the best and highly recommended.
