Dry cleaning requested shirts were laundered. Only one out of the three were currently done for dry cleaning. Manager was completely unbothered and unapologetic that it was quite I correctly. They be losing us as Customer been going there for many years
Edit: they turned around and got it back to me *cleaned* two days later, upping my rating because they fixed the problem in time for the wedding I’m going to. Freaky fast, but that’s probably because they didn’t do anything. Suit jacket still had a stain on the front - no smaller or lighter than it was when I sent it in - they took it back and hopefully I’ll get it quickly! I’m willing to revisit this if I can my suit in time and clean 👍🏼
It ok I guess one shirt good the other brand eighty eight shirt not so good wrinkles pressed around the top two buttons was planning on using it tomorrow so I’ll just try to iron it out or wear it wrinkled

Everytime I use Rick's, they always get my clothes ready before their expected time. They are friendly and accommodating and I don't have any bad experiences with them!
