I’m very disappointed with the quality of service I received. I brought in 13 new polo Ralph Lauren TShirt for dry cleaning for the first time and it will be my last ! My clothes didn’t look like they had been ironed the sleeves were all wrinkled as if they came out of the dryer ! I asked if they had been ironed and the lady said they were ironed but they do not crease them ? I was a bit confused and questioned how do you iron shirts and NOT the sleeves ! 3 of my 13 shirts were damaged with what look to be water marks and bl... read more
The lady at the counter is not a friendly person at all. She never greets or smiles. It’s not a big deal but laundry is done nicely.

Wonderful dry cleaners! I like that it's prepaid because then there were no surprises at pickup! They saved a suit I accidentally washed in the washing machine. I know, how does this happen?, I just didn't pack it right in a suitcase and threw it in with all the clothes not noticing the suit was in the pile too. The pieces look perfect now-- like that never happened. I think I want to dry clean the button down too at this point just so I don't have to iron it myself. They did a great job at Ricks.
The dry cleaning is okay at this location o. Gatti School Road it's really that one lady that works there is super nice and accommodating that's the bonus.
