Super fast, very friendly service. While I was a bit put off by some of the online comments, I needed to get my son’s shirt cleaned and pressed for an event over the weekend. From the moment I walked in, the staff was very friendly and extremely patient with my many questions. I noticed the reply to my 1 star rating which I had posted yesterday without describing anything. I understand as a business you are trying to justify your ratings. So you identify the person and post a reply. In my defense the dress I gave in for ironing was washed at home as per the wash instructions. It is not necessary to dry clean it as stated in your reply. I got the dress in for ironing, which you claimed you do, but got the dress back in the same state I brought in. I dropped off an ankle knit dress and picked up a dress that perhaps a 7 ft tall woman could wear without tripping over it. To say it’s ruined would describe the state of this dress after one trip to Rick’s Cleaners. Love this dress and most likely, I will not be able to grow a foot and half to wear it again. Keep your knits away from this place

I had a great experience at the Rick’s Cleaners in Bee Cave. The staff was friendly at drop off and pick up, I love that they notify me via text when my clothes are ready, and you can’t beat a locked-in price per item. My items looked great. Highly recommend!
