Horrible unfriendly service from minute one I walked in even when I was a new client. They over charged me with $28.50 for a ham that cost as per them $12 and to cut (takes 20 sec) two inside square pockets. No only they charge me $40.5 they didn’t clean the pants and I received as you see the photo below. And this is nothing, I gave them a dress to change zipper only & no cleaning. Well guess what? Great and very prompt service and price was reasonable too. A friend of mine used to work here and I always went to her whenever I needed dry cleaning or clothing repairs and I was always pleased. Even though my friend no longer works here, I always still receive great service. Thanks so much!

I am extremely disappointed at the price hikes. Startled to see they charged $50 to hem my skirt. Now I find that my laundered linen shirts cost $20 apiece. My jacket's dry cleaning was $15. IT MAKES NO SESNSE. They overcharge and play it off like that's the standard NYC price. Absolutely ridiculous.

Terrible Customer service. I gave them 3 shirts and 1 pair of pants for dry cleaning. When only the pants were returned I called to ask about my shirts. The initial response from the owner/manager was that they were delivered. When I told him that they were not, he started getting very rude claiming that they never received my shirts and that I was only charged for the pants. I go there because of convenience. It's the only option on Roosevelt Island. Service was OK, but recently I sent them a brand new shirt that I made to measure, and it came back with scorch marks that made the shirt unusable. It's a big loss for me, and they could at least had apologized. Instead, they tried to blame me for leaving the shirt for wash and not dry cleaning.
