Prestige Cleaners in the Airpark is the only cleaners I would trust with my clothes! The customer service is FIVE STAR! Every week I go I am greeted by the kindest people whom I have gotten to know. They are prompt and extremely courteous and always have a smile on! There really is no place better for excellent customer service!
I come to the airport prestige cleaners on Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale, Arizona because of the people who work there today Daniel helped me and he made our experience there and the idea of having to pay so much for her jacket Cleaning almost fun at least worth it. They always treat my dog well too. Iona is just wonderful and she’s been there with prestige a long time. We had a wonderful experience with Prestige Cleaners in Scottsdale. They have great hours with drive service. I went back a few days later to get items and she remembered me and what I had brought in. Very friendly, reasonable prices, and fast turn around.
Great customer service demonstrated when attempting to make another unnamed valley cleaners incompetent mistake which basically ruined my jacket after 3 attempts . Ms. I, manager, of Prestige, was open to try to correct or improve the other cleaners lack of making it right. Ms I explained that Prestige would make every effort and guess what, she followed through to the best of their ability to correct.
