I called to ask a question regarding alterations services and the woman on the phone was really rude. I kindly asked if she was a good person to ask because I didn't know if they have a separate department to be transferred to for alterations related things. She said "Uhhhh, yeah, I work here!?" and so I just hung up and I will not use them. Please don't me rude to me for asking a simple question when I am very friendly to you :(

Trudy at the North Scottsdale location was very kind and helpful. She held the door open for another 3 minutes after close so I could pick up my suits. Very good service, clothes came out clean.

The worst dry cleaning I’ve ever had. I had 6 pairs of slacks done at $11.50/ea, every single one of them came out more with more wrinkles than they went in with, multiple crease lines down the legs, just bad overall. Never again.
