BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Pampers recently cleaned my daughter’s engagement party dress to perfection (even had to take sequences off and put them back on after cleaning) and have doing my most important wardrobe pieces for many years. This dry cleaners is terribly incompetent. For many months they have repeatedly destroyed the buttons on my collars and cuffs. I have called at least 50 times to complain and each time the owner says he will make sure that the buttons will be replaced and that he would make sure this would stop happening. Finally yesterday I had enough when not only were the same shirts returned with broken buttons but he refused to take my calls and insisted I text him. This establishment really saved me. I'm in town from Houston for a wedding; all my clothes for the wedding were stuck in a dry cleaner in Houston with no power after hurrican Beryl. Pamper Cleaners were able to clean a suit for me incredibly quickly, and have it ready for the wedding. If I didn't live thousands of miles away, I'd surely be a customer for life.
LIFESAVERS!! I have an event Monday evening and desperately needed my gown taken in at the waist. I had other cleaners tell me it wasn't possible due to the fabric. Pampers said "NO PROBLEM!" I get to pick it up in two days well before my event. So thankful for their talent, great customer service, patience and flexibility!!
