Unless you're going to be in Whitefish for a while, don't bother. We visit in the summer from Dallas and I'm use to next day or 2 day service. They take a week to get your clothes ready and they're only open 3 days a week. In response to the owner's reply - The purpose for reviews is to assist others deciding which business to visit. I have two business so I can relate to staffing issues but my review wasn't particularly negative. It was truthful and you confirmed it so thank you.
I don't have enough kind words to say about this place. We were in a pinch to get clothes pressed for our wedding and they went out of their way to get us everything in time. Everyone we encountered was kind and professional, and the price was super fair even for the rush job. What's more is that I had accidentally left money in with the clothing and it was still there when we picked the clothes up. You can trust these people with your most important cleaning! Love this place so much!!!
Closed for household clothes dry cleaning. Sign on the door and woman at desk confirmed. No indication when they will do routine clothes dry cleaning again (but guess they are doing things like drapes etc.). Neutral star cause I don’t know how else to convey this info but hoping to save others the time and hassles. Last time they did my clothes the service and was good.
I've only been once. Friendly service, clean new space. Wasn't aware of tag system that diagnosed issues with one garment; therefore only noticed after I left. Crease in pants were a bit of a shock. Cleaners haven't put a crease in my pants for years (?). Loved the extra large and sturdy hanger used for my blanket!
I have used Naturally Clean extensively and always been happy with their work. They also have a service for alterations on fur coats. it is very difficult to find someone that works on furs. Their service did an excellent job on 2 of mine, at a reasonable cost.
