First time I went here and dropped my white comforter off for cleaning. Picked up and haven’t put it back on my bed for a few days. When I finally opened it, there was a giant hole in the top with what looks like discoloring around it. And several other holes around it. I messaged the owner on website and that was a few weeks ago and no response or accountability. Super disappointed in this place and now my comforter is ruined. Probably the most convenient part of working with Morrell's is their amazing communication via text (if desired) and email. We are immediately alerted when our orders are completed, when a special discount is applied to a previous order, or when new services are offered to us as customers.

Great service! Items were done faster than projected. Simple tailoring services can be done, and they provided nice recs on dress alteration locations. This is my go to dry cleaner.
