Melanie’s does a great job at a very reasonable price. I tried a handful of cleaners in the area when I moved to Frisco several years ago. Melanie’s came out on top, and it wasn’t even close! I’ve used them for laundry, dry cleaning, and alternations and have never been dissatisfied. Happy customer since 2021.
I brought a suit that needed to be dry cleaned as well as some pants that needed a repair in the crotch and they completed it timely and everything looked nice. Maybe about 2-3 day turn around. I came to bring my duvet and cover on a Tuesday and they let me know it would be done on Saturday. This seemed a bit extreme but I wasn’t really in a rush. I recently had five shirts and a pair of pants altered here for the first time, and the results were fantastic. I am absolutely delighted in how they turned out. Thank you for the wonderful service.
Overall not pleased with this experience. Got my wedding dress cleaned and preserved. It took 3 weeks longer than they originally quoted me for and the communication was awful.
Love this place! They always do a great job with my dry cleaning, friendly staff and quick turnaround too. Highly recommend!
