This is what happened to my brand new white dress after they dry cleaned it. A big dark stain appeared on my dress, and it no longer looked as white as before. I don’t know how they dry cleaned it. Horrible dry cleaner. Don’t go here. They put a strong adhesive sticker on the collar of an expensive cashmere sweater. I am unable to get the sticker off without creating a hole in my sweater since the nature of cashmere is extremely delicate.

My husband and I have been using this Medlin Davis location for over 2 years now and have had nothing but good experiences. Our clothes are always returned clean and in the time frame promised. Best of all are our interactions with Elizabeth. She always greets us with a smile on her face and is very friendly. She has learned our drop off and pick up habits and will have our order pulled and waiting for us!
