Really great place they will take care of you. The owner Greg will reach out personally and make things right if there are any issues. I encourage anyone that goes here. That if they have an issue to ask the employee to have Greg call them to discuss the issue. Great guy and very understanding. I been going here for about 10 yrs now. They will take care of you. In 7 yrs have only had one issue and Greg made it right, right away. Thank you Greg.
Deanna whom I dropped my clothes off too, and also picked them up from her, is very professional polite, and was pleasant to work with. Quick turn around, My clothes were returned to me the next day, nicely pressed cleaned, and looking good. I typically don’t leave reviews or feedback, but my experience on 12/27/2024 prompted me to share my concerns. I visited to drop off six items, but unfortunately, the level of service I received was disappointing. When I walked in, the young woman working at the counter didn’t greet me, as she was preoccupied with a personal phone call. She miscounted my items, marking only four instead of six, and failed to acknowledge the 15% off coupon I had brought with me.
