I will start by saying that my parents owned a dry cleaners store for 25 years, so I know about the different processes and procedures at a dry cleaners. I started going to Kodiak Cleaners this January. I dropped off a sweater, which came back in great, clean condition. I dropped off the same sweater last week. To my surprise, it had shrunken down so much to the point where it looked like a child's sweater. I couldn't even get my arms through anymore. My first time using this business. I got there at 9am to get same day service but my pant suit was not ready till next day at 11am, no big deal. I didn't need it asap. Front counter girl was pleasant and welcoming. Received a text when my item was ready and was only $7. My white suit came out flawless, very pleased with service. Will return.
Interactions w/ staff are always professional and pleasant, only I’m a continuous patron and I have had few items missing from my order (only to find out later). My orders are usually large. My one critique is that sometimes there seems like a rush to get patrons in and out, which in turn causes some items to be missed. They weren’t expensive pieces, I just like to know the good money I spend with integrity, I get the return on investment. All in all good place to do business…
Dropped a pair of pants off to be fixed. Was charged upfront; explained nothing. Almost a week later this lady calls me. I missed her call and she sent me a text demanding $8 a repair.. which would have ended up costing the price of the pants new. She was rude and short when I told her that I would pass. First and last time. Waste of time too.
Amazing service! The staff have always been super personable and courteous. I will always to continue to use Kodiak Cleaners for my needs. The service is great and my items were ready a day earlier than quoted! 🤩
