Associates were very friendly and accommodating. I had to have a top altered. I was able to try on in establishment so the seamstress can see what needs to be done. My garment was ready when they said it would be. I received a text to come pick up. Amazing service and I’m very happy with the work done. Thank you!
I had a wonderful experience with Kingbridge. I needed an evening gown tailored and to be honest was a little nervous as tailors can be hit or miss, but as soon as I stepped foot in the store I knew I was in good hands. The store is very well staffed, runs like a well oiled machine and is spotless! I had darts added in the bust, and the dress taken in on the side and it fits like a glove! It was also ready a week earlier than expected. The price was incredibly fair, will definitely return for all my future tailoring needs!
I took a suit and an additional blazer to this tailor to have the sleeves shortened on the suit jacket and blazer and the pants hemmed and let out at the waist. While the work on the pants and blazer were perfect, the suit jacket sleeves were lengthened by a half inch rather than shortened! The work on the lengthening was good and adjusted by the correct length, but was an adjustment in the wrong direction! This place is absolute rip off. I brought clothes with basic tailoring needs - hems, straps, etc. After pinning all of the items, they told me I had a card on file from dry cleaning so I could leave. I left and got text message invoices for the items for prices that literally left my jaw on the floor. $120 to hem a dress. The dress was vintage Valentino, so presumably they are up charging for expensive labels. $80 to shorten the sleeves on a blazer. would give less than 1 star if I could. They botched two of my dresses. I can barely sew and I would have done a better job than this. Extremely unfortunate. Take your tailoring needs elsewhere. $200 for alterations and I can’t even wear the clothes lol. Seams are busted and bunched up and some alterations weren’t even complete ahahaha will never be back
