TERRIBLE! First and last time using them. BAD experience across the board. I had my items waiting in the lobby, unbeknownst to me, for 4 days before the picked it up. There wasn't a call or email of any sort saying they needed my payment information before picking up my items. After picking up my utems at 8am on a Wednesday, I was assured my things would be delivered Monday early Morning. DO NOT COME HERE!! I wish I listened to the negative reviews instead of ignoring them. I have been coming here for a while for tailoring and laundering however I hadn’t had an issue until now. From the negative reviews it seems as though it was just a matter of time. I brought a $500 dress that I am wearing to be a maid of honor in a wedding to be tailored. No problem. Everything is on point. Even the customer service now that’s are a plus. Always feeling special and nevertheless being turned away for anything I needed done. I’m very pleased
Do NOT take your wedding dress here no matter how simple you think the alterations are. I had a positive experience w the dry cleaning so figured I could trust them as tailors too and now I truly regret it. My dress doesn’t have any beading or lace and just needed a few minor changes… the work looks shoddy and both the neckline and sleeve alterations make the dress fit worse on me.
I don't write many reviews, but Kingbridge deserves 10 stars. I go to them often, mostly for very good tailoring (the Brooklyn location — I would not advise alterations on 6th ave) and cleaning. They are generally great, and the staff are excellent across the board. But the main reason I'm here is that they were able to get mostly-dried white paint off of a wool, down coat with absolutely zero fuss. Incredible job — thankful for these guys.
