If I can give 0 start, I will. I took my $2,500 Burberry coat to this place, expecting professional care, but they damaged the fabric around the buttons and broke a drawstring. When I brought up the issue, the owner refused to take responsibility, claiming the fabric was “too weak” – yet they never warned me before cleaning it. Simply amazing! Wonderful customer service and professional cleaning—they brought my coat back to life! I will definitely be coming back for more cleaning. Rick, the cleaner, is super skillful def ask for him if you have more delicate items to clean! Here’s the before and after of the cleaning—totally transformed the coat and made it look brand new again!
