We've been using Kerkstra's for 20 some year. Started with drop off. Then they began home pick up. So glad the times We've moved they had service for home pick up service. Also excellent tailor for alterations, along with alterations on formal gowns. Great to know that if I missed a item that may of needed repairs they did the repair automatically. Kerkstras Cleaners in Burr Ridge Center never disappoints. Owners have changed but no problems with service and turn around time. I have had spinal surgeries and Lisa and Jasmine are wonderful helping me with my picking up my dry cleaning. Plus I trust them with some expensive clothing/bedspreads.
Always a great customer experience. Quality of cleaning outcome very good and the staff friendliness a bonus - thanks to Lisa, Yasmin and “Mom”.
Kerkstra's is the BEST! They are the only dry cleaner I trust with my equestrian show clothes and they do the best job. Highly recommend :)
