Terrible experience. I drop off a jacket on Friday to be dry cleaned, and I'm told to pick it up Tuesday. Drop by Tuesday, and I'm told it's not done. Come by Wednesday - they didn't pick it up. Thursday - they left it in the van. Finally, I get it Friday it looks clean, but when I get it home and out of the plastic, I discover it reeks... I mean a putrid smell like I've never encountered from a dry cleaner. And I think they lost one of the unique buttons off the jacket. Just moved to the area and needed to find a dry cleaner for my work clothes. Went in with a bag of clothes but the young girl with light brown hair was so rude. She acted like I was inconveniencing her. I just decided to walk out and take my business elsewhere.
Do not trust this cleaner with your clothing. Ruined dress. Bad experience.
A great, friendly, local dry cleaner with a can't beat location. Had a whole bunch of shirts and a suit pressed after a business trip and got them back pristine. Can't ask for more than that!
It was great doing business with the owner. And she was kind enough to give me a coupon for my next cleaning!
