Friendly and timely cleaning service. They run specials on various services from time to time which can work out great if you are more cost-conscious. You can use their website to schedule or walk-in (also have pick-up/delivery, but I can't speak to that). Plus, the website lets you see how the items are progressing; they note brand and colors for clarity. The fancy electronic pick-up locker is pretty cool. The cleaning portion was great. The location is accessible and they're installing a mechanism for 24/7 pick up. The tailor I had my fitting with was great, but unfortunately I was informed later that they struggle to keep tailors. They ended up losing her and my pants were shipped to Normandy Park. The work is sloppy and missing pieces. The first time they forgot all the buttons. The second time they only added 2/3 of the buttons and the front desk staff had to scramble to do what they could to fix it. They did as best they... read more
This place is quality from start to finish! You can bring your things in and it's so high tech you don't have to talk to anyone. However, someone's always there helping me because I like the human interactions. My clothes are always cleaned and pressed the way I want it. They even have delivery system. We go here all the time and do not go anywhere else!
Helena’s is amazing! I took my stuff there for the first time, including a satin silk dress that I will be wearing to elope in. They took such great care of every single item I brought in, and the check in / check out process was A BREEZE. I loved how technologically savvy they are too - it really is a dry cleaner for the modern age. Pricing was extremely fair too! My boyfriend & I work a lot - our wash and fold subscription means for about $200 a month his massive T-shirt collection is pressed and folded, neatly bagged up and ready for the closet. Whenever the laundry pile gets overwhelming, I can load up our black Helena’s bag with pants, sheets, you name it. Poof, problem gone. The price is beyond fair and frankly dry cleaning requires a certain income threshold anyway. We will continue to use Helena’s.
