Helenas is incredible. I use both Queen Anne locations and they are so friendly and thorough and the customer experience is so good I tell all my friends about it. Every item is detailed and tracked in your app/account and I just picked up clothes when the store was closed via the magic of the digital lobby at their north location. They couldn’t make it any easier.
Wow! So this is what a modern dry cleaning establishment looks and feels like. The people are wonderful. but the technology that allows you to simply come up, punch in your phone number, and have your dry cleaned apparel collected and presented to you automatically. Is amazing!
The best service in town! I took 7 of my fiancées shirts for dry cleaning. We got it back in 2 days. There’s a delivery option but I wanted to pick them up myself. They were spotless and lightly starched as we wanted. There were 2 small broken buttons on the shirt when we took it in and to our surprise, they fixed them and replaced them with new buttons! I just love the service!
Friendly and timely cleaning service. They run specials on various services from time to time which can work out great if you are more cost-conscious. You can use their website to schedule or walk-in (also have pick-up/delivery, but I can't speak to that). Plus, the website lets you see how the items are progressing; they note brand and colors for clarity. The fancy electronic pick-up locker is pretty cool. I have been using Helena's for years and the best dry cleaner I have ever used. Prompt service and delivery, plus you can text them if you have questions and you receive updates on the progress of your dry cleaning through text!
