This was the first time that I used Helena’s Cleaners services and I was extremely impressed. They picked up on Tuesday, the same day I scheduled a pick up, and delivered on Thursday; providing me with updates from start to finish. I had a pair of suit pants dry cleaned and thought that their work exceeded my expectations. High quality service for an affordable price. I would recommend to anyone!
Helena's Cleaners did an amazing job with my dry cleaning. The pickup and drop-off process was very smooth. Moreover their support was super responsive and helpful - I had to move up my timeframe to attend a funeral and they were very accommodating in getting my clothing back to me as soon as possible. I would definitely use their services again!
Helena’s Cleaners did a wonderful job with my king-sized down duvet and at a stellar price to boot. They even packed my duvet up in a nice clear carrier to take home which was a nice added touch. Super pleased with the level of service and their automated texts system to let you know the status of your order. I’ll definitely be coming back here again for future needs!
We have been using Helena’s cleaners for quite some time, and they are the best! They pick up and bring the items back. Pretty quick turn around and great quality! If you need your wedding dress or anything else cleaned, reach out to Helena’s! Highly recommend!
Everyone was so sweet and accommodating. I got 4" cut off a dress, and it looked amazing, my total was about $70 (incl. tax) which is average in the area. Quick turn around of 12 days during prom season, I was even able to take it back same day to get an unfortunate snag on the hem fixed without extra cost and that was done in less than 10mins. Making an appointment was easy, the pinning was efficiently done, and they're very kind over the phone. Will definitely come back for other services :)
