I just had my first experience with Helena’s Cleaners, and I will be sending them more clothes to clean soon because I was very pleased with their service. I live in an apartment building in downtown Seattle where Helena’s Cleaners has pick up and delivery, so it’s very convenient. My first order was cleaning three shirts and three pants. They all came back cleaned and pressed super nice. They even got some spots out of a linen shirt, and I was very happy about. I highly recommend Helena’s Cleaners.
Love the concept. Tech-forward company, fast service, convenient. Sticker shock however - on the final price. Ask beforehand! Does Green Cleaning have to be so expensive? Or is the cost of service inflation driven. I see the new customer discounts nice but overall...cost may be a factor in repeat business.
This was the first time that I used Helena’s Cleaners services and I was extremely impressed. They picked up on Tuesday, the same day I scheduled a pick up, and delivered on Thursday; providing me with updates from start to finish. I had a pair of suit pants dry cleaned and thought that their work exceeded my expectations. High quality service for an affordable price. I would recommend to anyone!
Truly never knew how much appreciation, respect and joy I could have for a dry cleaner! This will be my forever preferred dry cleaner! The ease, communication and results of my first time setting up a new account and then within 48 hours getting my clothes back looking better than new - LOVE them! Helena's Cleaners did an amazing job with my dry cleaning. The pickup and drop-off process was very smooth. Moreover their support was super responsive and helpful - I had to move up my timeframe to attend a funeral and they were very accommodating in getting my clothing back to me as soon as possible. I would definitely use their services again!
