The slacks that are part of my wedding outfit needed to be shortened and I’m very pleased with the quality of work they did. The charge for the work was very reasonable.I would highly recommend Helena’s for alteration work.
I want to like this place. They do quality work, are convenient and in a nice shopping center. However, I am no longer bringing business there. I picked up my wool dress coat and could not believe that is was $57! to get it cleaned! I thought I heard her wrong. That is insane. They should quote the prices when things are brought in - without the customer having to ask. If that is such a reasonable price, they should have no issue in stating it up front. They are available by text to answer all questions at seemingly all hours, and everyone I've spoken with has been professional and kind. How much they care about their business and their customers comes across in every interaction. And complimentary pick up and drop off can't be beat. I am so glad I found Helena's Cleaners!
I dropped off my clothes in the morning and requested same-day cleaning. They assured me that it would be done and that I would receive a notification once it was ready. Of course, no notification ever came. Later in the evening, I tried to reach them 18 minutes after they had closed, but no one answered the phone.
